over 4 years ago – Wed, Oct 06, 2021 at 08:37:39 PM

In short, first wave of STL files are out. Myminifactory has distributed files to your emails, and some instructions covering how to redeem them. In a nutshell, a redemption for a free download. I took emails of what I saw based on the initial email groups and backerkit.

If you have plans to do this via a customized option (blank form box) as part of a custom pledge, please contact me at the following

Scythian Preview 10/5
over 4 years ago – Tue, Oct 05, 2021 at 06:31:12 PM

Here is a preview of the upcoming Scythians. Enough bodies for 4 archers, 2 elevated, 2 straight. Two spear wielding types (middle and downward), spears for javelin or close combat purposes. Close combat weapons for infantry, angled to also suit horseman.

Armor varies: we included a mix of light, medium and heavy. A lot of the armors take on clothing, Scythian chest styles, and borrowed greek contexts. For example, some cuirasses, padded alt forms of the thorax, and even a decorative leader chest style if you want to play off a noble or king.  Helmets are a mix of greek  second hand styles, decorative hat styles, etc.

For development purposes, we attempted to increase more parts for the horse frame, but the core of the horses took up the slot (not a bad thing). So Scythian and Amazon frames will be included in horses, as horses will be included in Amazon and Scythians.

WIP Amazon Rider (better photos later)

We learned from the centaur frames that people enjoyed having backwards compatibility, thus since the Scythians were a people of customization and individuality we will keep that same mindset.
